What is the order processing timeline?
After we receive your order, a quality control check is conducted on each item you've ordered to ensure the product's condition prior to shipment.
Processing time varies depending on the size of the order, with the average processing time being approximately 12-hours to 1 business day.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, and your patience is appreciated.
Who are your carriers?
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The exact carrier used depends on the delivery destination.
A NOTE ON HOLIDAY ORDERS:
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Heavy order quantities are expected, causing a delay in processing and shipment as we work quickly to fulfill all orders as soon as possible, and couriers limit their operations at these times.
